The Council of the Great City Schools celebrates 70 years of impressive advocacy and legislative work to ensure urban public school systems stay on the legislative agenda. We produced this short film about this work, featuring testimonials from Arne Duncan, Ambassador Carol Moseley-Braun, and Council Executive Director Ray Hart. The Council is screening the film at conferences and on their website during their 70th anniversary year.
